Building AccuMate.

We're an early-stage Australian company building the practice operating system accounting firms will run on: a dedicated AI accountant for every client, with the registered practitioner accountable on every lodgement.

Why now

The ATO's Digital Service Provider framework and the TPB's draft AI guidance (D62/2026) make one thing clear: AI in an accounting practice has to draft under a human, not decide for one. AccuMate is built to that standard from the first line of code, not retrofitted to it. The rules that make firms cautious about AI are the rules the product is built around.

Where we are

Pre-revenue, stated plainly. AccuMate is in invite-only alpha with a capacity-limited cohort of Australian practices, targeting public launch in February 2027. What's already built and working: a deep Xero integration, a live BAS workflow with practitioner sign-off gates, and a server-enforced read-only demo. A provisional patent is in progress.

Who's building it

A chartered accountant (CA, CPA, CTA) with 14 years in Australian public practice, carrying the same professional liability as every buyer, and an engineering leader who ships to enterprise-security standards.
